These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website located at https://saiifgh.org and related online services operated by Savannah Institute for Innovative Finance ("SAIIF", "we", "us", or "our").

Nothing in this section limits your right to bring proceedings before a competent supervisory authority or to seek remedies under mandatory applicable law, including GDPR-related rights for individuals in the EEA or UK.
